Abstract: Early childhood is the period that comprises the child's first years of life, birth and six years (71 months). It is a period where there are intense growth and development processes. For oral health, is a very important period formonitoring and promotion of oral health since there is the eruption of all the primary teeth and the beginning of the permanent dentition. In this context, it is interesting to develop instruments and strategies for use in the dentistry clinical practice, allowing greater interaction between the dentist and the pediatric patient and their families. It is essential to think of an innovative way of informing and guiding parents and guardians about the changes that occur in the oral cavity and the best measures to have a good oral health. With this in mind, the objective of this project is to develop an application to support oral health care in early childhood. A bibliographic search was carried out which returned a range of studies focused on management of oral healthy problems, especially about early childhood caries however, there is little related to the use of technologies for this purpose. The information system is undeveloped to be used by dentists, children, parents and guardians and dentistry students. A prototyping technological production study was carried out. The construction study followed the contextualized instructional design model, using two stages: analysis and design and development. The developed system will be used as an educational tool to provide information and guidance to parents and/or guardians and their children, in order to promote behavioral change, easy to access and use, constituting an innovate auxiliary tool for health promotion and the prevention and control of oral diseases

Abstract: This work presents a game-type educational resource, focusing on dengue viral disease, transmitted by the Aedes Aegypti mosquito, targeting people with Down syndrome, in order to educate them on the care of prevention, diagnosis and treatment. The conception and development of the Dengue Zero game was performed considering a bibliographic research on the theme, as well as a search for applications classified as games on the Google Play platform for smartphones, and a research applied to a group of parents or caregivers about the better stimuli for children and adolescents with Down syndrome. The game was developed in order to teach essential information about dengue and ways to prevent this disease to children with Down syndrome. In a playful way, the game seeks to help learning about this theme, encouraging the participation of these children in the learning process. After conducting research that took place in three phases, pre, experiment and post, with children and professionals, it is concluded that the game provoked a range of positive emotions in the participants, a fact that can be seen by their statements about various aspects to the participants. They include a good understanding of disease prevention, symptoms, and risk. In this sense, it is believed that the game played a double role, while providing information about dengue, also captured the level of knowledge of the participants in relation to the subject

Abstract: The growth of the use of information and communication technologies for health training purposes represents advances that must be understood throughout Brazil by the professionals and workers who work in the Unified Health System (SUS), especially those working in Attention Distance Education has been the fastest and most accessible means of disseminating knowledge in this area, providing permanent education and professional updating, qualifying large-scale care in the SUS. The SUS Open University System (UNA-SUS) has been responsible for leveraging the range of courses in the distance modality, free of charge, facilitating the access of health professionals to education, being composed of a set of Higher Education Institutions and the Executive Secretary UNA-SUS. However, several initiatives in distance courses in health have arisen without producing a large literature on the requirements of construction of these courses. This paper aims to present the process of creation of a Guide to the production of courses in health in the distance modality, which supports the production of distance courses focused on health, based on the multimedia materials posted on UNA health platforms -SUS. The methodology was elaborated in five stages, and the first three served as a basis for defining the characteristics of the guide through a study of a model of Management and Monitoring of the Course Production Process of the UNA-SUS Network; of a systematic review carried out in texts of courses made available in the Collection of Educational Resources in Health (ARES) by the institutions that make up the UNA-SUS Network and the analysis of these practices. In the fourth stage, the EADSaúde Guide was elaborated, consolidating the activities identified as essential in the course model studied and in the practices observed in the courses available at ARES. Finally, the Guide for the production of courses in health in the distance modality was evaluated by a group of specialists with practice in design, development and management of distance courses and obtained results that indicate a high acceptance rate of the items and contents of the Guide

Abstract: Introduction: Telepalliative care can be a modality to monitor symptoms and functionality of patients by the use of ESAS (Edmonton Symptom Scale) and KPS (Karnofsky Performance Status) in telephone contact. Objective: To analyze the experience of caregivers and cancer patients in palliative care with the use of telemonitoring. Method: To analyze the use of remote care, the experience was the object of study to represent the experience after the implementation of Telehealth by a Palliative Care (PC) team. The qualitative approach and the content analysis technique were the methods used as a way to provide information in social and health sciences. Fourteen in-depth interviews were carried out, contained in a script, and 30 inductive codes were coded based on the interpretation of excerpts from the guides' speeches. These codes were grouped into subcategories and later into categories. The resulting five categories were: (1) empathy, (2) contributions to users' well-being, (3) organizational challenges, (4) responsibility, and (5) safety. Results: The protected categories started with the crossing of information seeking to make inferences and correlations between them and the analysis of sociodemographic data, diagnoses, and the amount of telemonitoring (TM). Empathy proved to be the most relevant theme among all perspectives and this perception, independent of the amount of TM performed per patient, being the establishment of a bond with the fundamental team. In view of the perspectives, we observe the ease that remote assistance brings to quick responses, avoiding the necessary displacement in some cases. As challenges, the lack of physical contact and the need for a physical prescription for controlled drugs were highlighted. We found that patients with primary schooling received regular guidance on care and training on the use of technology. Security in remote care is the result of the team's trust and with few reports of insecurity due to the use of technology. Conclusion: The use of telemonitoring in cancer palliative care is possible and accepted by patients and caregivers. Understanding the potentialities and challenges in this context can help to minimize deficiencies in the health system and provide strategies for quality of life in comprehensive care
