Abstract: The professional field of activity in the area of physical education is diverse due to the process of specialization and professionalization of activities that involve different bodily practices. Women are increasingly entering the job market and becoming responsible for the family income, facing adversities with the accumulation of work, maternal and marital roles. Data from the International Labor Organization indicate that women's participation in the labor market is just over two-thirds of men's participation and unemployment rates are higher for them. Within this perspective, the general objective of this study was to identify some psycho-sociocultural factors that affect the career of physical education professionals associated with double shifts and motherhood. Qualitative research was carried out with semi-structured interviews. The study sample consisted of 42 female physical education professionals. They were initially selected for convenience and, therefore, using the snowball criterion. The research was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Hospital Universitário Pedro Ernesto, of the State University of Rio de Janeiro, under opinion number: 5,524,349 in July 2022. The initial hypothesis of the study was that education professionals physicists initially invest in the field of fitness, due to the wide range of work and flexible hours, more favorable to maternal and marital care. This could also be considered a field that allows greater chances of autonomous career development, such as personal assistance. Trainer and even providing services through digital platforms. However, they also present greater vulnerability and precariousness, without financial security or stability. The results indicated that women have a strategy of reducing working hours to remain in the job market after motherhood. The field of fitness appears as a preference for physical education professionals to work at the beginning of their careers, as gyms offer greater work opportunities and flexible working hours. This helps women to have different employment relationships and increase their income. As domestic and maternal tasks increase, they tend to migrate to other professional activities other than fitness, although this result may be directly related to family income, especially the husband's, and the aging of the Physical Education professional herself. Despite the adversities they face, the social role of mother and the desire for motherhood brings a feeling of self-fulfillment, being, for the most part, more relevant than a supposed successful professional career

Abstract: Creativity has been identified as an important performance factor for high-level football players. However, there is still a gap in the literature regarding this topic. Therefore, the objectives of this research will be: i) Investigate the effect of manipulating task constraints on the creative behavior of youth football players; ii) Analyze the effects of manipulating relative space per player and the creative behavior of players in different categories. The sample consisted of 189 youth football players: under-11 (n=32), under-13 (n=27), under-15 (n=36), under-17 (n=31) and under- 20 (n=63). The activities were filmed in a typical weekly training schedule and the players subsequently had their creativity analyzed using the Creative Behavior Assessment in Team Sports (CBATS) instrument. A separate linear mixed model was performed to compare (fixed effects): Relative space by player (small x medium x large), game (3vs3 x 5vs5) and category (under-11, under-13, under-15, under-17 and under-20), with “athlete ID” included as a random effect to account for the non-independence of data sampled from the same individuals across multiple matches. Furthermore, multiple comparisons were adjusted using the Bonferroni method. A significance level of p ≤ 0.05 was adopted. The effect size was analyzed using Pearson's r to verify the magnitude of the results. The ranges adopted were low (<0.29), medium (0.30 – 0.49) and high (>0.50). Under-20 and under-17 players performed better in terms of fluency, versatility and originality in games with a small relative space, while under-15, under-13 and under-11 players performed better in games with a larger relative space. It is concluded that manipulating task constraints can facilitate the emergence of players' creativity. Furthermore, manipulating the relative space per player can enhance players' creativity. However, its effects are different for each age group.

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the relationships between anxiety states, personality factors, technical performance scores and physical conditioning indicators of athletes participating in the Brazilian army's military pentathlon team. Methods: The elaboration of this exam is organized along the lines of the Scandinavian model, concerning the production of two studies. The first concerns an article focused on the characterization between the degrees of anxiety of military pentathletes, the level of their effective athletic states and the scores of technical proficiency in the test. As for the second article, it aimed to explore the relationships between personality factors and the anxiety levels of the same pentathletes. Results: In study 1, it was found that among the female audience, concern and anxiety interfered more sharply in the performance of PPM and grenade throwing. In study 2, it is shown that personality factors act as mediators of competitive anxiety, in the sense that extroverted and open athletes tend to worry less, while the more conscientious ones somatize their symptoms less. Furthermore, note that the personality profiles of female athletes are different from those of male athletes, as are the behavioral responses of each of these genders to manifestations of competitive anxiety

Abstract: Learning to swim demands that children integrate different sensations and movements in adapting to a new environment, the aquatic one. For the initiation of this sport to be successful, the student must be observed globally, in terms of their feelings and abilities. This study aims to investigate the implications and effects of adaptation to the aquatic environment in children's swimming, in shallow and deep pools, considering the emotional, psychomotor and technical aspects. To achieve this objective, this dissertation is composed of three studies, in addition to an introduction and conclusion, where each specific objective of the dissertation makes up the general objective of each article. In the first study, a systematic review was carried out in the databases: Scielo, Pubmed and Lilacs, in order to investigate the relationship between the depth of swimming pools and children's learning to swim. In the second, a longitudinal study was carried out in a systematic observation, for six months, in a swimming school in Rio de Janeiro, with the production of a field diary, interviews with teachers and in the form of an adapted questionnaire applied to children to investigate interference of shallow and deep pools in the acquisition of aquatic skills during the process of adaptation to the aquatic environment in children's swimming. The third study sought to present and discuss didactic and pedagogical proposals for intervention during the process of children's adaptation to the aquatic environment in shallow and deep pools, based on the results obtained in the two previous studies and observed throughout our professional experience working in teaching swimming. The work showed us that the component, depth of the pool, directly interferes in the process of learning to swim, with regard to the child's autonomy and the change in body balance with the loss of plantar supports. The statistical results found slight differences for practice in the shallow pool, and the field diary provided greater pedagogical enrichment with the diversification of movements. However, the biggest outcome found was related to the need for different approaches in which environmental trust prevails, capable of reassuring students and teachers. Thus, the atmosphere of trust perceived in the bond with the teacher, in comfort and safety, will be the emotional basis for adaptation to the aquatic environment to occur
